These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Four Loyal Paws through fourloyalpaws.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and handmade variations
Our products are digitally sculpted and produced using 3D-printing processes. Minor layer lines, seams, surface textures, or small color differences are normal characteristics of this process and are not defects. Product colors can also appear different because of lighting and screen settings. Display props are not included unless the product description specifically says otherwise.
Personalized and custom orders
You are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, photographs, colors, options, and instructions before submitting an order. We produce personalized items using the information supplied with the order. You confirm that you have permission to submit and use any photograph, name, logo, text, or other content you provide.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is produced or shipped. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and will contact you if an order is affected.
Processing and delivery
Normal processing time is 1–5 business days. Carrier delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges.

Product safety and intended use
- Products are not pet chew toys unless a listing expressly states otherwise.
- Keep small or removable pieces away from pets and children, and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged.
- For products supplied with a stainless-steel food or water insert, use the removable stainless-steel insert for food and water. The printed outer holder should not be used as the direct food-contact surface unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
- Follow all product-specific care and use instructions included in the listing.
Website and intellectual property
The original sculptures, product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, and website materials are owned by Four Loyal Paws or used with permission. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer reproduction, scanning, molding, digital-distribution, or commercial-copying rights. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our designs or website content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or security, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to scrape or reproduce store content.
Order refusal and cancellation
We may refuse or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, payment failure, unlawful or infringing content, an obvious listing error, an unavailable material, or a request we cannot safely or reasonably produce. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Loyal Paws is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total responsibility for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
