The seller was incredibly responsive and made the item quickly. It arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition. I originally gave 3 stars because the face and neck didn’t really look like my dog. For $60, I was disappointed! I’d already tossed the packaging, so I figured I was stuck with it. Then the seller reached out to ME to see if he could fix it. Talk about customer service! He went above and beyond by answering questions, providing proofs, and incorporating additional details. And somehow, this man created a 3D version of my dog SMILING from random snapshots! My dog has RBF approximately 95% of the time, so turning her from a mug shot into my happy girl was basically a miracle. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough! Thank you for all your patience and making my piece so special.
